Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Friday options are available. Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday.

We're also in a newer, well-maintained facility with reliable, up-to-date equipment, so techs aren't losing time to broken tools or an aging shop We have 25 bays and lifts with a drama-free team culture Our monthly repair order volume: 1,800 ROs with advisors who are great with customers, write clean ROs, and actually sell Customer pay vs.

warranty mix: 50% Customer Pay, 35% Internal, and 15% Warranty We have a dedicated dispatcher to ensure fair and even work distribution We have a solid parts team that keeps jobs moving We don't micro-manage — We hire professionals and let them work What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles to OEM standards Flag hours on CP, warranty, and internal ROs Complete multi-point inspections and video walkarounds Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work Stay current on required OEM and Mopar training Maintain a clean and organized stall What You'll Bring Minimum 3 year of professional technician experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Your own tools and toolbox Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team Mopar or ASE certifications are a plus (but not required) Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $32-$42 per flagged hour.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
