TO Interim Transport CNA-Andahwod FT

Under the supervision of Assisted Living Director, provide assistance to elders within the service district with transportation to and from medical appointments and assist during medical appointments. Assists elder with mobility in transportation and provides continuity of care between elder, elder caretaker and medical providers.

Monitors basic health information such as; temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels and blood pressure. All Andahwod staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws. This is a grant funded position.
