Kensington School, a well-established and respected private preschool offering full-day programs for infants through pre-kindergarten, is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our growing team. Qualifications
Experience working with children under 5 years old Passion for working with young children Open availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, ongoing 12 month position. Must meet DCFS licensing requirements for classroom roles Must have experience in an early childhood classroom and/or completed coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field Compensation: Lead Teachers: Starting at $40,000 annually (paid hourly, based on experience) Teacher Assistants: Starting at $35,000 annually (paid hourly, based on experience) Full-time 40 hour employees have an opportunity to earn an end of year Successful Completion Bonus based on attendance and hours worked.
