VP Regional Operations - Remote within the Western Region with preference in TX, CO or IL

The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) provides enterprise-level leadership over a larger and more complex demographic and financial portfolio, overseeing multiple regions and significant revenue-generating programs. This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the successful expansion of Bethany’s mission across broader geographic territories.

The RVP I serves as an influencing executive in national strategies and organizational growth initiatives. The RVP drives the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, supports continuous quality improvement, and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
