Summary JOB SUMMARY The Facilities Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for the facilities and building maintenance staff.
This role ensures that all maintenance personnel are well-trained in safety protocols, technical skills, compliance standards, and equipment operation to maintain a safe environment. Minimum Education:Associate's Degree Minimum Required Licensure/Certification: OSHA 30 (can be obtained 6 months after hire) Minimum Experience Required -3 years in safety compliance, construction inspection, or OSHA regulations.
-2 years in healthcare. -Experience training or teaching others *In lieu of an Associate's degree, a High School diploma plus two (2) additional years of experience (for a total of 5 years' experience) may be considered. Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required Strong understanding of OSHA regulations OSHA 30 certification (or obtain within 6 months after hire) Risk management and hazard identification methodologies Written and verbal communication to effectively train and educate staff Ability to conduct thorough investigations, report and analyze data Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices, local safety laws, codes, and ordinances Familiar with computer programs for documenting and presenting material Salary Range Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
