Job Description $400,000.00 – $600,000.00+ earning potential Heritage, a division of Mile. One Autogroup, is seeking a proven General Manager to lead a high-performing dealership in the Baltimore market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitability, developing teams, and overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, including both variable and fixed departments.

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong track record of success who is ready to take full ownership of store performance and growth.
