Program Associate, Career Pathways (Remote)

The Career Pathways Team advances one of WES' core strategic priorities within our Good Work strategy: reducing barriers to quality employment in high-demand industries, beginning with healthcare and direct care. The Program Associate will support the day-to-day implementation of Career Pathways initiatives across both Canada and the United States by providing program and administrative coordination, implementation support, and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
