Job description
Lead the adoption of processes, practices, tools, and technologies in projects/services managed by Softtek to improve their effectiveness and productivity. It includes agreeing, negotiating and committing to the client the set of processes, practices and technologies to be adopted for the contract; teach, train, coach/supervise, audit their adoption; and lead continuous improvement and innovation processes within the contract.
