Job description
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Plant Manager will provide teammates and the plant the tools needed to perform and operate safely, efficiently, and effectively. The Plant Manager monitors and improves the facility’s safety, inventory, expectations, standards, procedures, and processes. Develops and controls the plant budget, interacts with leadership, customers, and all departments within the organization.
