You'll have the support and processes to succeed at every stage, but this isn't an order-taking role: you'll be expected to think critically and manage a high-volume caseload for a wide range of clients. What We're Looking For
At least one year of relevant legal experience (pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required Organized, decisive, and able to manage a high volume of work Comfortable learning new software and systems A genuine interest in providing “above and beyond” client service Must work full-time, Monday–Friday, from our downtown Durham or Raleigh office (remote work not available for this role) Candidates without legal experience will be considered for high-potential fit.
