Production Manager

Berman Auto Group is looking for a Production Manager to lead our high-volume shop in Niles, IL. Whether you're a Master Technician, Journeyman Technician, or an experienced Service Manager, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level! Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Comfortable navigating Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and standard shop software Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop a diverse team of technicians Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
