Field Inspector / Underground Telecom Construction

Job Summary

Penta is a growing telecommunications contractor providing full turn-key engineering and project management services for network communications construction projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Field Inspector to oversee directional drilling and underground utility installations. This role includes daily site visits, quality control inspections, documentation, and coordination with project management, engineering teams, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate has experience with HDD, fiber, or conduit installations and DOT/public right-of-way construction standards. Location: Based in Elkton, MD., with travel throughout NJ, PA, and surrounding areas.
