Bartender | Dubai, UAE – Relocation Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, cocktails and drinks according to hotel standards. Provide professional, friendly and personalized service to guests. Maintain excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients and preparation methods. Take guest orders accurately and provide recommendations when required.

Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean and well organized. Prepare the bar mise en place and maintain appropriate stock levels. Follow standard recipes, portion controls and presentation standards. Handle cash and billing procedures accurately, where applicable. Monitor stock and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar position within a 5-star or luxury hotel environment. Relevant hospitality experience and knowledge of the position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and guest-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
