Position: Venue Manager - [Location Name] Salary: £36,340.20 Bonus : Achievable quarterly and annual bonus schemes in line with KPI achievements Hours per week: 45 About you: Your aim will be to make your venue the best in town, for customers to visit and for your colleagues to work in.
To do this, we require you to have/be able to: Experience in managing and leading a team Experience of working in retail, hospitality or gambling sector/s is desirable Flexibility to work different shift times – this may include weekend working, a mix of early or evening shifts and some nights Ability to be flexible and adaptable Deliver the following: communicating with customers, your team, peers, management and key stakeholders, managing people related matters from recruiting your team, scheduling, and dealing with all things people related, whilst driving your business, delivering targets, controlling costs and dealing with compliance What’s in it for you?
