Supports quality and safety by adhering to infection prevention protocols, isolation guidelines, PPE requirements, hand hygiene standards, and departmental safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Collaborates as an effective member of the healthcare team by communicating clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Accurately documents patient care, procedures, observations, and reports changes or abnormalities to the registered nurse in accordance with department policies. Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth by participating in performance improvement initiatives, embracing practice changes, continuously developing clinical skills, and performing other assigned duties.

Education

High School Grad or Equiv [Required] Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support
