Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager provides leadership and oversight for all campus maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and energy management. This position ensures that maintenance services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high standards of quality. The Maintenance Manager supervises maintenance staff, assigns and reviews daily work, manages budgets and schedules, and partners with campus stakeholders to plan and coordinate projects.
