Job description
We are seeking a high-performing Mobile Equipment Maintenance Manager for our Phenix City, AL facility. In this role, you will lead the localized strategy, scheduling, and execution of all diagnostics, repair, service, and maintenance activities for our heavy diesel-powered mobile equipment, trucks, and scrap processing fleet. You will manage a team of heavy equipment mechanics to ensure maximum fleet uptime, tight budget control, and full compliance with industrial safety and environmental laws.
Salary Range – Starting 100k to 130k depending on experience
