Assistant Project Manager

Our company specializes in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Projects range from new construction, tenant improvement projects, various types of remodel projects, emergency services, small repairs and restoration for a multitude of properties in the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

Assisting the General Manager with managing projects in process. Assisting the General Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets. Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews Assisting the General Manager with various administrative tasks Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of experience in working in construction or previous project management experience Basic computer skills (Email, spreadsheets, etc) Familiarity with construction management software and Office 365 is a plus Valid driver's license What We Offer: Salary Rate: $60K-$80K DOE PTO and Paid Holidays 100% covered medical Retirement saving account with employer match Company Laptop, Gas Card and Cell Phone Job Site Locations: The Greater Los Angeles area Schedule: Monday-Friday Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project STS Construction Services is looking for a full-time Assistant Project Manager.
