Job Title: Senior Engineer – Operations & Planning (Export Projects) Location: Thane Experience: 8 – 10 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Operations & Planning to manage and coordinate export project planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of export orders by coordinating with internal departments such as production, design, purchase, logistics, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and monitor export project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery. Coordinate with design, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams for smooth project execution. Prepare and track production planning, material planning, and dispatch schedules. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to export commitments and delivery milestones.

Track order progress and resolve operational issues that may affect project timelines. Maintain MIS reports, project status reports, and planning dashboards. Coordinate with the sales/export team regarding order specifications, timelines, and client requirements. Ensure proper documentation for export orders, shipping schedules, and dispatch coordination.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficient project execution. Work closely with management to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are achieved. Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of production planning and operations management. Experience in handling export projects in manufacturing industries (preferably transformers / electrical equipment).

Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and project tracking. Understanding of export documentation and logistics coordination is preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
