Builtwell Bank, Chattanooga’s community bank, is currently experiencing rapid growth. We are actively seeking a friendly and hard-working Digital Banking Service Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for a combination of the following:
• Customer Concierge: Serving customers via telephone, live chat, or email as well as supporting Builtwell Bank’s digital banking products • Card Services: Processing customer requests regarding debit and credit cards and handling card disputes • Wire Transfers: Processing incoming, outgoing and international wires • ACH: Processing daily ACH files for customers as they are submitted • Above all, offering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
