- We are positive, courageous and deliver at the leading edge Your Role: As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing data solutions that enable our clients to make informed, strategic decisions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to create robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
- Develop API services using Python FastAPI for seamless data access and integration with various applications.
- Manage and optimize databases through Firestore and Google Cloud SQL, ensuring data integrity, availability, and performance.
- Utilize the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to enhance data processing and integrate AI functionalities into solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Claude Code for documentation and knowledge sharing, maintaining clarity in all processes.
- Implement GitHub (PR-based workflow) for collaborative development and effective project management using GitHub Projects.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrity and performance, providing robust solutions for data workflows.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or backend development with a strong focus on building data pipelines.
- Proficient in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its associated tools.
- Solid programming experience in Python, particularly with FastAPI for building APIs.
- Expertise in managing databases with Firestore and Google Cloud SQL.
- Familiarity with the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Claude Code for documentation purposes.
- Experience collaborating within a Git-based environment through PR-based workflows on GitHub.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.
