Specialist, Operations Support

Job Title: Specialist, Operations Support Job Description The Reports Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reports that support business operations and decision-making. This role develops dashboards, automates reporting processes, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensures data integrity across multiple business functions.

This position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Training and Quality for reporting and automation needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and business reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare ad hoc reports and data analyses to support business needs.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

1. Data Management

• Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
• Maintain reporting databases, templates, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

1. Dashboard Development

• Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using reporting tools.
• Continuously improve reporting formats to enhance usability and decision-making.
• Support leadership with executive-level reporting and performance summaries.

1. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Recommend improvements to reporting workflows and data collection methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

1. Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Provide analytical support for projects, audits, and business initiatives.
• Assist users in interpreting reports and understanding business metrics. Location: PHL Quezon City
