Job description
The Investment Program Coordinator supports the Financial Professionals of Y-12 Investment Partners by delivering exceptional service and creating positive member experiences. This role serves as a key point of contact for member outreach, outbound appointment scheduling, and branch referral coordination.
Responsibilities include
providing phone support, assisting with routine investment account inquiries and maintenance, coordinating daily and monthly operational reporting, and supporting the overall success of the investment program through proactive service and operational excellence.
