Workday Senior Consultant1 Key Responsibilities Lead presales engagements including solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and proposal development. Act as Solution Architect across Workday implementations, defining end-to-end solution design aligned to client business objectives. Serve as CoE Lead — establishing best practices, reusable accelerators, delivery methodologies, and internal capability-building.
presales/solutionProvide hands-on functional guidance across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.) Mentor consultants and drive continuous improvement in solution quality and delivery outcomes.
Required Skills
& Experience 5+ years of Workday experience. Extensive hands-on Workday experience across multiple functional modules, with configuration and design depth. Overall 10+ years of experience. Proven presales / solution architecture track record in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong grasp of implementation methodologies, integrations, and enterprise transformation.
Workday certification(s) in one or more modules preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently. Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
