Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring legal and ethical practice. Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations.
Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment.
