Key responsibilities include
Leading, mentoring and supporting clinicians Delivering high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry Driving clinical excellence and best-practice patient care Supporting practice growth and team development Fostering a positive, collaborative team culture About You AHPRA-registered Dentist with strong clinical experience Previous leadership experience or a genuine desire to step into leadership Confident across all aspects of general dentistry Passionate about mentoring and developing others Strong communication and relationship-building skills Committed to delivering exceptional patient care About the Practice Perth Central Dental Centre is a well-established, 5-chair practice located opposite Perth Train Station.
Supported by a team of more than 30 professionals, the practice operates 7 days a week and provides comprehensive dental care across general, cosmetic, restorative and surgical dentistry. The practice features modern technology including digital radiography, CAD/CAM systems, rotary endodontics and advanced sterilisation equipment.
