Regional Director, Multifamily Facilities - West Region

Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm is seeking a full-time Regional Director, Multifamily Facilities - West Region to join our dynamic team.

The Regional Director, Multifamily Facilities - West Region promotes the highest efficiency and customer service level of all service functions throughout the assigned portfolio.  Oversees service responsibilities for multiple communities. Provides on the job training, implement SOP’s and property logs, coordinates maintenance systems technical training and determines solutions to service team and technical/mechanical issues.  Works with the teams to make recommendations and analyze plans, projects, and budgets.
