McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Financial Advisor for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include

Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns. Help patients find options to resolve their balances. Maintain work queues and reports.
