Job description
Statement of Purpose: The Total Rewards Manager serves the organization to help establish and administer compensation and benefits programs, working to align our rewards programs with our people strategies, ensuring the ongoing competitiveness of our rewards, and ensuring compliance with all related rules, laws and standards. This position assists in the design, development and implementation of all benefits and compensation programs.
The development and delivery of team member tools and communications as well as the ability to effectively communicate through a variety of in-person and written communications are important to this role’s success.
