Job description
The Senior Financial Analyst combines financial stewardship with operational business partnership, supporting the Toromont Material Handling management team. This role provides key financial and operational insights to support decision-making, drive profitability, and improve business performance across one of TMH's core business portfolios.
Depending on business needs, the successful candidate will support either: Equipment & Rental Operations, including New Equipment, Used Equipment, and Rental; or Parts & Service Operations, including Parts Sales and Service.
The role partners closely with operational leaders to analyze performance, support planning activities, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver meaningful financial reporting.
