We’re currently seeking an experienced Brisbane-based HSE Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating safe, high-performing sites, embedding a proactive safety culture, supporting our site teams, and ensuring every build reflects Graya’s commitment to safety, compliance and excellence.

What You’ll Do Champion a safety-first culture on site, leading by example and being a visible presence every day.
Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance and build genuine engagement around safety. Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits to maintain the highest safety standards across all stages of construction. Proactively identify hazards, investigate incidents and implement preventative actions to continuously improve site safety.
Support the development, communication and implementation of safety plans, procedures and training. Partner with leaders to ensure WHS legislation, policies and company procedures are understood and applied across all projects.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring A safety-first mindset with proven experience in health and safety on commercial construction sites. Experience in multi-rise projects is highly regarded Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at every level. The ability to build trusted relationships with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to risk and compliance. A Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) is highly regarded. A collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to shaping a positive, high-performing safety culture.
