7+ years’ experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of wood, concrete and steel construction and detailing Knowledge of current codes and regulations Responsible for Construction Document Preparation, addressing plan check comments and coordinating with Project Manager and Consultants Ability to address construction issues, RFI's and review shop drawings Perform field verifications and produce as-built documents Collaborative and team-oriented Excellent verbal & written communication skills
