GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The role is responsible for driving a Total Quality Culture across TDK‑Lambda Americas by leading the development and continuous improvement of a global, standards‑compliant Quality Management System. It provides strategic leadership to Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across all locations, ensuring effective staffing, motivation, and performance.
The position also leverages broad electronics experience to guide decision‑making, enhance product reliability, and strengthen overall quality performance.
