Senior Program Manager, Organizing

The Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Organizing Hub in ensuring the smooth operations for campaign execution. They are responsible for driving the implementation of the department’s goals, plans, and strategies. Additionally, they oversee the development and maintenance of systems and structures to enhance department-wide communication, monitor progress, and address needs from the National Organizing Director and across the Organizing Hub.

The Senior Program Manager also takes an active role in the planning and execution of department-led meetings, campaign events and initiatives.
