The Director of Programs provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and staff supervision for assigned programs and locations. This role ensures program delivery aligns with Bethany’s mission, values, and regulatory requirements while driving high-quality, client-centered outcomes. This individual fosters a collaborative environment that promotes excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The position oversees program performance, staff development, operations, and compliance with agency, state, and federal standards. The Director of Programs partners with the Branch Director and other leaders to establish goals, manage budgets, strengthen community relationships, and ensure programs operate effectively and in alignment with contractual and licensing requirements.
