Superintendent

The Project Superintendent, Design Build is the primary field leadership position for projects and is foundational to our projects’ success, specifically in the areas of safety, cost, quality, scheduling/planning, site management, authorities having jurisdiction, key trade contractor, and Owner stakeholder coordination.

They will oversee construction and flow of work of the project in the field, provide leadership to field foreman, Clark Pacific’s self-perform work, and key trade contractors and assure successful completion of the work. The Project Superintendent is accountable to the (Senior) Project Manager to assure the project’s success factors are met on time and within the safety, quality, and financial objectives established.
