Ecommerce Assistant Manager, Timberland
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Sales Growth:
- Define, develop, and execute the overall e-commerce roadmap, including comprehensive monthly and yearly strategic plans.
- Manage store KPIs, continuously striving to achieve sales targets and ensure Year-over-Year (YoY) sales performance growth.
- Maximize P&L efficiency for the e-commerce channels.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with platform key account manager to secure brand placement, exclusive product exposure, and high-impact promotional opportunities. Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of all e-commerce storefronts, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and execute the e-commerce marketing calendar, ensuring all promotional campaigns are rolled out smoothly and effectively.
- Liaise with external agencies for digital ad placements, actively tracking campaign performance and optimizing budget allocation to ensure strong ROI and drive targeted traffic.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure tight inventory control, optimal stock levels, and seamless fulfillment processes. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, product feedback, market trends, and competitor activities, translating data into actionable insights.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and actionable, data-driven insights to senior management.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or key account management. Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating and managing top-tier e-commerce marketplaces is highly preferred. Analytical Skills : Highly data-sensitive with strong analytical skills; proficient in tracking KPIs and analyzing P&L, sales, and conversion data.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal departments and external platform partners.
