STATEMENT OF THE JOB The City is accepting applications for either an Assistant City Prosecutor I or Assistant City Prosecutor II. Placement within the classification and compensation range will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and demonstrated ability to perform the duties of the position.

Performs professional legal work and research in support of the City Prosecutor's Office. Prosecutes misdemeanor offenses and municipal code violations.
