Care Coordinator - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Care Coordinator will support the clinic and physician care team by providing administrative and patient care services.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm out of our Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Coon Rapids & Otsego locations.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
