Line of Business: Aggregates Maintenance Electrician About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment to support plant operations Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective corrective actions Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical specifications Follow all safety procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives What Are We Looking For Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with established procedures Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently Strong communication and teamwork skills in a manufacturing or industrial environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
