Sterile Processing Tech , Full Time (Endoscopy Unit)

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: 10 hours shift 7am to 5:30pm 4 days 10-hour shift. $10K Sign on Bonus Posting Job Description

1. Performs cleaning of endoscopes
2. Assists RN's in admission process of pre-procedure and intra-procedure and, admission and discharge of post operative patients
3. Maintains sanitary conditions of equipment, work areas and stretchers using Universal Precautions at all times
4. Stocks supplies delivered from Hospital Stores, Pharmacy or SPD
5. Performs other job related duties as requested by supervisor or other registered nurses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate from a technical program preferred. Previous experience in an endoscopy setting preferred or previous experience in Central Sterilization Holy Cross Health Florida in Fort Lauderdale has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals by Forbes!
