Associate Teachers are integral in the planning and implementation of Catalyst’s programming. Working closely with other center staff, this position is responsible for creating age-appropriate activities tied to children’s interests, fostering social-emotional growth opportunities, and maintaining attentive supervision, helping to create a secure and nurturing environment.
