Hiring Unit: Desautels Faculty of Management Position Summary: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of high complexity and the incumbent performs them using general instruction. Typical Functions:
- Provides specific audio visual and computer support to clients in classrooms and meeting spaces
- Conducts training during events, workshops or sessions
- Provides computer hardware/software support in computer labs
- Edits and writes report or manuals related to projects
- Create, manage websites and database content, produce PowerBI dashboards and other optimization tasks as required. Makes recommendations for improvements. Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities: High School Diploma Familiarity with Audio/Visual technology Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience Hourly Salary: (AMUSE C) $17.17 Estimated Number of Work Hours per Week: 10 (Part time) Position Start Date: 2026-08-17 Position End Date: 2026-12-24 Deadline to Apply: 2026-08-09 This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.
