Inspired Homecare a 5-Star Agency ACHC Accredited has an Opening for an RN Clinical Quality Manager - Hybrid position; out office is centrally located in Wheaton IL. We use Wellsky/Kinnser EMR and a coding company and SHP to monitor quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• EMR Review and processing of clinical documentation for compliance

• Education/Training of clinicians

• Coordination of Care; MDs/SWs/DC Planners/Clinicians

• Reviewing referrals for clinical acceptance

• QAPI performance Improvement

• Care Team Conference

• Transmitting OASIS

• Oversight of clinical and services

• ACHC Accredited, IL Licensed Agency for Home Health and Home Care

• Clinical Coverage

• Clinical Competencies/Reviews

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license

• 2-3 years of home health experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insurance
