Job description
The Production Superintendent will oversee the overall production component of an assembly, fabrication, or float manufacturing area in the plant in its quality, safety, budget control and corporate compliance. This position will rely on extensive experience in order to identify unsatisfactory areas of performance to develop and implement cost saving procedures and solutions. This is a leadership role that will manage a large team of supervisors and bottom-line employees to achieve success. This will be for an off-shift position
