Learning & Development Specialist I

As a Learning and Development Specialist I, you’ll live our mission by helping Financial Solutions Network team members grow their knowledge and skills as they strive to improve the financial lives of our neighbors and their businesses. You’ll deliver on our Customer and Employee Promises and help others do the same. You’ll carry our culture and brand in and beyond the classroom. You’ll lead in-person classes for new and existing employees using a broad range of facilitation skills with a focus on delivering content clearly, combined with meaningful, accurate practice and support to ensure effective learning transfer.
