Floating Teacher

At Magical Beginnings, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging start to their educational journey. With care, we care – for children, educators, and our communities – and that belief is at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted leader in early education programs across Massachusetts, our award-winning Early Childhood Education Centers are dedicated to creating joyful learning environments where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers thrive.

We’re currently seeking a Floating Teacher to join our passionate team at our Beverly location. This vital role supports multiple classrooms, offering flexibility and variety while ensuring consistency in high-quality child care. Whether you're soothing a toddler, inspiring preschoolers, or supporting fellow daycare teachers, you’ll be an essential part of our nurturing and collaborative community.

If you’re a compassionate, energetic educator who values early childhood development and is excited to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children, we’d love to meet you!
