Job Description Paraprofessional - $1,000 Differential - This one-to-one position is in an Lifeskills classroom and involves special needs duties. Lifting, toileting and transportation assistance may be required. Further responsibilities of this position will be discussed at the time of the interview. Haitian language ability preferred. Job Requirements Brockton has an ongoing partnership with JET (Journey into Education & Teaching). “JET is a proven pathway to teaching for Paraprofessionals without a bachelor’s degree who want to become licensed classroom teachers in their urban community high needs schools.” Brockton Paraprofessionals who have two years of experience may be eligible to participate in this program.
