Our business team members play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the firm and supporting our lawyers in delivering outstanding service to a diverse and demanding client base.
From the outset, new team members are carefully onboarded and supported in understanding the firm’s culture, processes, and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the team, contributing to projects and initiatives that have a tangible impact on the firm’s operations and success. The Business Team includes a variety of departments, each essential to the firm’s day-to-day functioning and long-term growth: Management Assistants, Reception, Compliance, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development, Accounting, and IT .
Working across these areas provides opportunities to gain broad experience, develop new skills, and contribute to a collaborative and international working environment.
