• Medical, Dental & Vision for self or dependents Company pays a bonus for shifts worked on a company-approved holiday BENEFITS GO LIVE AFTER 90 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT: Accured sick time up to 40 hours a year Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to work in the North Orange County area Able to pass a background check Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry ‍‍ ‍‍What You'll Do: Coach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene) Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff You’d Be Great If You: Have a heart for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver Can work flexible hours and adapt to different client needs working independently in one-on-one settings with clients Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required ) Ready to Apply?
